Cancellation Policy
For groups of 40 persons and above we can arrange cancellation conditions individually.
Buggy
Buggy refunds are subject to the following conditions:
If a player is unable to complete the game due to vis major (force majeure)
- and if less than 3 holes are played, we will return the entire rental to the buggy payer
- and if he plays 4-14 holes, we will return the rent corresponding to 9 holes to the payer
- and if 15 or more holes are played, we will not refund the rental
Payment Terms
Individual booking (max. 4 flights): payment by invoice after the game has been played, due period 14 days
Group bookings: 50% deposit payable 14 days before the booked tee time, the remaining 50% after the game has been played based on the final invoice, payable within 14 days.
